| http://www.w3.org/ns/prov#value | - when they talk of a million or more homeless, that is very easy to believe. those houses would never have withstood a cyclone like that. this is especially bad, in that the Irrawaddy delta region is lowlying land, crisscrossed with rivers. transport at the best of times is slow & scarce. even getting food & clean water to these people will be a monumental task.
