| http://www.w3.org/ns/prov#value | - I am only just discovering POC authors, so I can not really offer anything except say that it could be because some prejudices still remain, and maybe because the literary/publishing/reading world is just dominated with white authors.But I am definitely going to try read more in support of POC authors.
