| http://www.w3.org/ns/prov#value | - I would think if one were to use aerosols to control behavior it would be more reasonable to release it at low altitudes i.e. by low flying aircraft . . . you could too easily miss your targeted area the higher your release altitude is . . .prevailing winds could carry it for thousands of miles like the radiation from Japan at 10,000 feet . . . it went across the entire northern hemisphere. . .
