| http://www.w3.org/ns/prov#value | - it is true, when I just need to kill one mob, it takes me 10 seconds instead of 5, but when you need to kill 50, prot and tank gear is totally the way to go.Hit is the same way -- the *reason* dps must be hitcapped is that hit is the most effective stat for increasing your dps.
