| http://www.w3.org/ns/prov#value | - The Massachusetts Surface Transportation Authority shall negotiate in good faith beginning on April 1, 2010 to the end of the collective bargaining agreement with Teamsters Local #25 pursuant to chapter 150E of the General Laws with respect to wages, hours and other terms and conditions of employment to become effective as of the expiration date of such collective bargaining agreement.
