(1) There is hereby created a statutory lien to the nature of a mortgage lien upon any facility or facilities acquired or constructed in accordance with Sections 1 through 32 of this act, including all extensions and improvements thereof or combinations thereof subsequently made, which lien shall be in favor of the holder or holders of any bonds issued under those sections.
