| http://www.w3.org/ns/prov#value | - I have pondered these same questions and came to the conclusion that I do not even know my garbage men because they are always different, same with the mail carrier (plus they always mess up and give our mail to the neighbors and vice versa) so i do not feel particularly compelled to do anything special.
