| http://www.w3.org/ns/prov#value | - I suppose, what the world needs is a law to say that if you send someone a letter threatening legal action if they do not do something - then if they do not do it, you should be REQUIRED to take them to court - and to be liable for their costs, pain & suffering, mental anguish, etc, etc if they turn out to be innocent.
