| http://www.w3.org/ns/prov#value | - I know most of the systems are designed for Brick and Mortar and are not applicable to food trucks but I am sure someone at some point said the same thing about sticking a fully autonomous kitchen in a step van...with some ingenuity and creativity anything is possible and I have a feeling this is one of those things.
