| http://www.w3.org/ns/prov#value | - I do not take meds and my psychiatrist agreed with me that meds do not really help people with BPD they can help ease symptoms of depression and other symptoms but they do not really help with BPD. I am to join a psychotherapy group soon and its my last hope my therapist has been very supportive and my social worker but i was only diagnoised recently so i have not actually had any therapy for it yet.
