With these he set out upon his march, being joined by the respective parties as he passed by Sugar Town and Tesumtoe, on his way to the Great Look-Out Mountain, which, like the Pilot or Ararat, has been, from time immemorial, one of the objects by which the Indians guide themselves in their wanderings.
