Any document, he continued, should at least contain time-bound global objectives; the integration of regional and subregional objectives set from common interests; national commitments to adopt measures, policies and targets consistent with the sustainable management of all types of forests; and the means of implementation and cooperation, including financial assistance and economic incentives.
