| http://www.w3.org/ns/prov#value | - Right, i have a few forums which i do a bit of trading on where the notification emails just dont work, hence what im after is a program which will sit there and check urls (doesnt just have to be forums) repeatedly, say 3hrly and notify me when they are updated.
