| http://www.w3.org/ns/prov#value | - All of you who live in the detroit area , feel free to critique as I am sure that you have more knowledge and more experience with Detroit style pizza than I do but here goes:The crust to me is a standard sicilian baked in a black steel pan, nothing special in that regard except- there is a light layer of hard cheese (tastes like parmesan to me) baked on top of the crust.
