| http://www.w3.org/ns/prov#value | - I do think deck lights are probably more effective in most situations I find myself in; however, a working anchor light is a legal requirement so I could be found negligent without one (despite the fact that they can be mistaken for background lights on a calm night in Sydney Harbour).
