| http://www.w3.org/ns/prov#value | - Not that I would expect that half of the movie would count as such, but if there were a system whereby 100 users were each responsible for 1 minute of a movie and some index told them where to get each minute then I am not sure that there is anything illegal being done by the uploaders, nor is it clear that the downloader is doing anything illegal.
