| http://www.w3.org/ns/prov#value | - I am quite a fan of the variable speed limits on this stretch as it does tend to stop the Caterpillar Effect which leads to so many rear end shunts which in turn are the biggest cause of the really bad blockages (we have taken over 5 hours to get from junction 28 round to the M3 junction before now)
