| http://www.w3.org/ns/prov#value | - In addition to any payments due to AirTight under this Agreement, Reseller shall pay amounts equal to any taxes, shipping, insurance, duties or other amounts, including without limitation state sales taxes, however designated, which are levied or based on such payments or arise under this Agreement, provided, however, that Reseller shall not be liable for taxes based on AirTight's net income.
