| http://www.w3.org/ns/prov#value | - Actually, I 'believe' that most courts these days automatically go with 50/50 custody unless there is a really good reason not to do that.MOST judges do not go for the he said/she said nonsense, but look at the facts.... and they know how important it is for a newborn to be with his/her mother most of the time.....
