| http://www.w3.org/ns/prov#value | - The first response was a generic we can not help you response but when I replied nicely with what had happened and to check into so it didn't have to happen to anyone else they took the charges off and sent back a very nice repsonse.it is great that they fixed the problem, but I still do not think you should have to ask twice.In my one dealing with Steam's support, they were anything but helpful.
