| http://www.w3.org/ns/prov#value | - Scrafty's biggest problem is that it can not do much of anything to Crobat and Heracross (and to a lesser extent Gligar), who can both switch into any Scrafty set, outspeed, and KO. While this set does not do much to prevent revenge kills, it does make Scrafty a potent threat with no setup, which makes it harder to deal with and just might bait and kill a potential Heracross counter.
