| http://www.w3.org/ns/prov#value | - When it is shut, the shock does not care which side of the valve the oil is on... if you lock it out in the 'up' position, it is all on the 'down' side of the valve...if you lock it in the 'down' position, most of the oil is above the valve... either way, will not hurt and the shock does not care.
