| http://www.w3.org/ns/prov#value | - First of all I would like to clarify one thing, there is a big difference between public and private sector housing and comparisons should not be being made for this reason,years ago people got huge tax relief from the government on their mortgages and at the end of it owned their house,whilst public tenants paid rent and rates combined for years and years with nothing at all to show for it!
