| http://www.w3.org/ns/prov#value | - All forest produce cut or obtained, upon which any forest produce charges or other charges are payable under this Act, shall, until the payment thereof, remain the property of the Crown, and may be seized and detained or removed by any forest officer until such charges have been paid; and in default of payment within 10 days of seizure may be disposed of.
