| http://www.w3.org/ns/prov#value | - i know the voting system can ban an animation/game/movie if it is bad enough from NG, but the more crap that gets submitted, banned or not, the more a person gets exp. points, the more powerful they are to decide on whether something stays or goes, all from the irritating power of over-submitting crappy movies.
