| http://www.w3.org/ns/prov#value | - I don???t know enough about the concept of Open Government to comment intelligently, but I do know that it would take a lot of money and effort to implement on a broad scale, and it likely wouldn???t get to the kind of things that the majority of FOIPOP requests ask for anyway, which are the emails and other documents that go into a decision, not the hard data dealing with programs.
