| http://www.w3.org/ns/prov#value | - My answer was a clear ???No???, but I took the opportunity to point out that it may have been the genesis for the shift to a big Federal Government, so we have Lincoln to thank for the end of Slavery (although he was originally for allowing slavery to exist, but only in States where it originally existed as a compromise) and for the increased power of the Federal government.
