| http://www.w3.org/ns/prov#value | - October 30th, 2007 at 7:51 pm I think that there are a lot of opportunities for efficiencies on the demand (customer) side; in the US we haven???t really pursued them except in a ham-handed fashion because we don???t charge for time-of-use, only for total power used, which doesn???t give people incentives on peak when it is critical.
