| http://www.w3.org/ns/prov#value | - Yes Jack is a problem in my opinion but he is got 6 months to turn this around otherwise starting October 1 if the stock is not double current level (or so) there will be a major movement to oust the entire board of directors and Jack and it WILL happen unless things improve.
