(1) All books and other documents directed or authorised by or under any enactment to be kept by a dissolved body and which, immediately before the establishment day, would be receivable in evidence shall, notwithstanding the dissolution of such body, be admitted in evidence on or after the establishment day as fully as if this Act had not been enacted.
