| http://www.w3.org/ns/prov#value | - To add to this there was a lot of speculation in Spanish housing market i.e. people signed for a purchase option for something not built yet and sold it for a nice profit before even having to get a mortgage i.e. housing rate not always linked to housing needs but to how much speculation was feasible.
