| http://www.w3.org/ns/prov#value | - Actually the technology for counting motorized vehicles has been automated (typ. hose counters for speed, volume and axels) for a long time and for the most part it is a service already done by paid staff at each jurisdiction or agency???on the other hand these same agencies have not spent the funds to automate non motorized counts and or the staff time to set them up.
