| http://www.w3.org/ns/prov#value | - I finally called for the 5th or sixth time (got hung up on a couple times and I was being polite thinking I would be treated better do to my troubles) and cancelled the install got a tech out to fix the phone and he said all that was wrong was a loose connection and that I should be fine to get Prism.
