| http://www.w3.org/ns/prov#value | - It would be more clear when the list would provide a visual clue when a tag is a synonym, like [c-sharp ??? c#] and even better, that the resulting page says that we are automatically redirected to another tag, like Wikipedia does for its synonyms (e.g., look for C'era una volta il West and you are redirected to the article with the English title, along with a small note ???Redirected from ??????).
