| http://www.w3.org/ns/prov#value | - (3) The value of anything transferred in breach of the ethical standards of this chapter or regulations promulgated hereunder by a nonpublic or employee or official shall be recoverable by the State or other governmental entity involved in any action by the Attorney General against anyone benefitting from such violations.
