| http://www.w3.org/ns/prov#value | - Any proceeds from the sale, lease, transfer or other disposition of all or part of a housing development for a nonhousing use under this subdivision shall be used solely for the capital cost of the revitalization or redevelopment of the housing planned at said development and shall be deemed to be part of the state's contribution to the implementation of the housing revitalization plan.
