  • s yeast forward as I like my hefeweizens to be, but still the yeast is probably the most observable flavor element. the mouthfeel ruins this beer entirely. it had very little carbonation, and the curious sweeter malt choice gets heavy as a result. there is no spice or banana to fall back on, and this one sort of dies on the palate.
