| http://www.w3.org/ns/prov#value | - In connection with any conveyance or lease authorized in this act, the commissioner of capital asset management and maintenance may grant easements or other rights to use roads and infrastructure and to install utilities on adjoining land of the commonwealth and may retain such easements or other rights for the commonwealth.
