| http://www.w3.org/ns/prov#value | - I find this to be the toughest trait to get correct with any manager of any tenure due to the fact that a lot of managers (but especially new ones) do NOT like to coach employees ALONG THE WAY and be progressive in discipline to get behaviors changed.
