| http://www.w3.org/ns/prov#value | - It really sounds like anytime you try to feed a 480i signal into those inputs your getting messed up video, I would look around and see if there is a FAQ or forum on that TV somewhere, either at the manufacturers site or over at AVS. Or just try to call them to find out what is going on, it really does not sound like it is your cable companies fault or their equipments fault.
