| http://www.w3.org/ns/prov#value | - 46(4) A copy of the certificate of decision or other like document issued by any other association of professional engineers or association of professional geoscientists and certified by an officer or employee thereof holding a position equivalent to that of the registrar under this Act, shall be conclusive evidence of the facts in such certificate or other like document.
