| http://www.w3.org/ns/prov#value | - (2) It shall be the duty of the Commissioners within twentyone days after the expiration of each year in respect of which any sum is required by this section to be set apart and appropriated as a sinking fund to furnish to the Minister for Industry and Commerce in respect of that year such return as is required by this section.
