| http://www.w3.org/ns/prov#value | - I should have thought that the principal importance of the Bill was the relationship between the Parliamentary Commissioner and the citizens, and we should concentrate principally in Committee on seeing that the ordinary citizen who has a complaint will get a reasonable remedy and a reasonable new form of assistance from the Parliamentary Commissioner.
