| http://www.w3.org/ns/prov#value | - The treasurer shall pay out the monies authorised by this act to be received by him, upon drafts drawn by the president and countersigned by the secretary of said board of education, which draft shall not be drawn except in pursuance of a resolution or resolutions of said board, and shall be made payable to the person or persons entitled to receive said money.
