| http://www.w3.org/ns/prov#value | - I am thinking more along the lines that they must not get any Federal assistance nor their kids, and they must fully support their kids including health insurance and they must pay some minimum Federal tax rate, no EITC. That should eliminate many of them from consideration and the few that apply will actually produce.
