| http://www.w3.org/ns/prov#value | - I am pretty sure that D.C. & Maryland are safe for the Dem's (heck, in MD in '92, Paul Tsongas beat the crap out of Clinton, and Clinton STILL managed to outpoint Bush-the-Elder with the leftovers!), but Virginia is a state he is theoretically winnable by Obama only with a lot of concerted effort.
