| http://www.w3.org/ns/prov#value | - ot a wash, it is painted in a thin coat over the whole model, it will blend the colour a bit and gives a nice subtle colour effect, then I paint all the detail, track tool, ect, then a gloss spray, add decals, do an oil wash, leave to dry for a couple of days, then a matte coat, then scratches and chipping, followed by mud and other weathering effects, pastel washes, pastel power brushed on etc.
