| http://www.w3.org/ns/prov#value | - In the event any purchase order, bill of lading, warehouse receipt, or other document contains terms that are inconsistent or conflict with the terms of this Agreement or contains terms in addition to the terms of this Agreement, such inconsistent, conflicting and additional terms shall be of no force or effect and the terms of this Agreement shall in all events take precedence.
