| http://www.w3.org/ns/prov#value | - In my opinion, the costs of conducting this faux war, to include recon, interdiciton, arrest, detention, trial, appeals, and incarceration, is, when compared to the taxes, fees, licensing, and other revenue streams possible if some of the more lightweight (for lack of a better word) drugs were legalized and regulated similarly as alcohol is far out of balance.
