| http://www.w3.org/ns/prov#value | - If voting was compulsory, those who didn???t want to vote as a form of protest could do so more ???vocally??? by deliberately spoiling their ballot paper, which would hopefully lead to a clearer idea of which abstentions were in protest and which were purely apathetic (and hopefully might also prevent the rise of dubious fringe parties due to ???protest??? votes).
